Charlotte this is such a beautiful sentiment keep hoping all the prayers and good thought for the Kims, will one day be a healing balm for them.

I love your quilt square !! Clarice

I actually like a little imperfection in quilt squares—just proof that they were made by a person. Love the colors and fabrics!

Charlotte, on the way leading to the cathedral here in Trondheim there is a long flowerbed which is filled with red tulips every spring. For a few years there were just one pink tulip in the middle of the thousands of red ones. It is not there anymore, may be taken away as weed? What to I know. It was always my favorite, telling me again and again to believe in myself, to stand up as ME, not a copy of everyone else.
Your beautiful block reminds me of that pink flower.

Lovely post Charlotte. I'm sure that the Kims will find some sunshine in the lovely made quilts they will receive. I love your square. Lovely colours.

Thats a lovely post, and i love that quote from Helen Keller too, just beautiful.

Beautiful Charlotte ~ all the way around, in thought and creation.

oh, charlotte, i love it! it's a great addition to the quilt.

i used to worry when my quilt blocks weren't perfect and now i make them crooked or crazy so it doesn't matter. i love your block. made with love.
the most important thing.

Looks just like mine only pink! It looks like the Denyse Schmidt look I went for. I cant sew a straight line for anything. Amazing fabrics!!!

Your beautiful sentiment brought tears to my eyes. What a honor to be part of such a special quilt--and what a beautiful block you made! xo-Melfie
