not too late

Hawkins_inline_01

Beginning last night with Persuasion, Masterpiece is airing the Complete Jane Austen, adaptations of all six novels. Fantastic winter entertainment! And do check out this link for Monday morning amusement too. (My girls alerted me to this little extra. Makes a mama proud!)

Also, the site link for class sign-ups at Tinsel Trading has not worked for a week or more, so there are still a few spots left for this Saturday's felted tote class. Email Terri to sign up or call the store. I must say, it's way more fun than a drawing room tea party at Mansfield Park. The tote is adorable, and we don't have to dress up!  xoC

Hi Charlotte! We DVR'd Persuasion last night and I can hardly wait to watch it tonight. I love love love Jane Austen.

Oh and I pick Mr. Knightley - or rather I pick Jeremy Northam!!! :)

I want to go to that class
and i want that tote.
but i will not attempt to make that tote without your direction...i'm kind of lame at most crafts.

And tomorrow night:

We all know you love it.
xox,D

thanks for taking the time the other day....In February we're going to have coffee somewhere closeby or Tortola...You pick...xoxo Jennifer

Ooooh, wasn't it good?! My girls were laughing at me with all my sighing and giggling.
Mr. Wentworth was a real treat for the eyes.

I have my DVR recording all of them and now thanks to your link even some movies afterwards.

I was sooo glad to catch it last night! What a fun link that is! Good girls you've got...lol.
Wish all the great workshops were closer! Have lots of glittery fun!

I have this Tivoed I can HARDLY WAIT to go upstairs. Is 7:10 too early to get in bed? Nooooo.

I watched Persuasion, too (love and have read her novels), but I was struck by how DRAB and DOWDY the dresses were!! I've been really into the Marie Antionette/paperdoll/costume theme for several months and I was shocked at how much what I'm currently enthralled with influenced what my visual impression was when I watched the Jane Austen movie!

So sad that I found about this one too late, I turned on the tv in time to catch only the last 5 minutes! It looked lovely though, can't wait for the next one!
