collecting spring

O, hello there, bee! I see you now. Nice surprise because I had no idea he was there when I took this. Getting my glasses on and getting the photo at the same time are nearly impossible to coordinate. Just lucky this time.

Today I feel like him, spending the spring out and around visiting every pretty pink blossom I can. Off to see my mom for the weekend. Hoping you have a busy few days playing outside under a flowery tree somewhere. It's so lovely now, isn't it?

Busy bee.....or lazy bee :-)

I got a lovely email from "our" friend the other day. Made me so happy.

It is indeed glorious! We are having a "summer" day today....85 degrees in PA in April! Have the Best of Weekends. :-) Rosie

How nice that you had such good timing. I love the photo. We've had nice weather but they're predicting snow for Sunday and Monday. I'll have to wait and see.

Thanks for the peek into spring. It sure hasn't arrived here yet, and I'm wondering if the lilacs are getting all confused. I'm waiting patiently.

Lovely AS ALWAYS Charlotte!
Your photos are dreamy - I loved catching up with you and your world this Sunday afternoon. I hope you had a sweet visit with your too-cute Mom.

Kim

I love your spring blossom picture! I've been teaching my almost 3 year old niece to say, "when you see a flower say, thank you bees!" I think I borrowed that from Katherine Dunn's blog; just to give credit where credit is due!

That bee is in itself a work of art in nature, and the photo really shows it. So glad you shared this and all the other pix as well. Happy Earth Day!

Candace

Hello Bee! That was a lucky shot :)
