I am still looking at my bags, not wanting to touch them. Water bugs indeed. Bird by Bird is a great read. Another favorite of mine about life and making is Making Hay by Verlyn Klinkenborg about farmers in the midwest and west. It has a spiritual feeling to it, you might enjoy! Loving Mother's and Daughters speaking of autographed books. xox Corrine

Oh, I loved the book Bird by Bird, and Anne Lamott is as crazy and wonderful in person as she is on the page! Congrats to Doreen for winning the book; and thanks so much for a wonderful reading list!

Hi Charlotte!

I'm so sorry the travel unravel is proving to be a tough one. Wishing you lots of creative juice activation in between the schlepping, unpacking and putting away.

I adore Anne Lamott and have been so very fortunate to see her in person a couple of times - once for a book reading and once at political talk at UCLA.

Happy week to you!
Sally
