open for registration

Registration is open for The Creative Connection today. The event is over-the-top amazing this year! I'm looking forward to seeing many of you and finally meeting some industry friends like Susan Branch and Cathe Holden. Some of my favorite teaching pals will be there too- Betz White, Lizzy House, Kaari Meng, Wendy Addison, Aaron and Jenny Heid. What a fun weekend!

nice days at our house

I've had some sweet projects over here lately. That includes this new sampler, now about half done. I'm almost there and then I'll post the finished piece.

It finally nicened up into a real-for-real spring with warm, sunny days, flowering trees, finches and lilacs. We're looking after Roxie while the honeymooners are away. These are fine days for stoop-sitting, stitching and kitty talk.
