Made it back home from the Home Companion Workshops in Saint Louis. Once again, it was a fantastic event with all the party bells and whistles to celebrate Mary's birthday and our jubilant craftorama.
This was the very last shot I took as we finished tidying up the studio and then said goodbye to our weekend home. I was pleasantly surprised to find this little pillow, made from a tee-shirt I designed for Mary's company years ago - it made me happy to see it there still, beautifully repurposed, so inviting in the late afternoon light from the office window.
I'm falling into a comfy chair here at home somewhere right now, but I'll be back soon with more about the weekend. (Etsy orders to bundle and ship first thing in the morning!)

Mary Engelbreit! How I miss the magazine! I've never quite caught on to the digital version... is it still going?
Also, I love the embroidery in this month's Mollie Makes. I have a plan to do something very similar for my living room cushions.... on a very long to do list!!!!
