For awhile now I have been living over on Instagram. I often start with a "good morning" image while I'm having coffee. Kind of a warm up to the day ahead. Lately, it's been mostly Christmas related things and my vintage favorites.
This odd little Santa in a wooden sleigh sits on a studio shelf year round. The look on his face! One day I posted him on IG.
Then Millie joined him for a ride in the sleigh. I captioned the post "waiting for reindeer."
The next day I added a reindeer, one that came to me with little thready reins perfect for the task.
And that was pretty much the end of my silly series with Santa, his sleigh and the deer.
Until the next day when I looked out the studio window and saw this bold fellow at the bottom of the steps. He had four friends with him. I wonder ....
