Looking at the disarray on my worktable, one would think I have been creating all kinds of things. Not really...nice weather, the holiday, Mo here to hang around with. Rather than put all the art scraps and stuff away, I am challenging myself to make art with what's left...on the table and in the baskets and bowls that have become temporary receptacles for all the scraps. There are about 5 of those. More to show later and then hoping to put some on etsy. Try it- it's fun and easier than cleaning up. Although one of these days....... xoC
What a great idea. Love the result!

You know sometimes art, just like cooking is even better when we use just what we have. It stretches us. Clarice

So very pretty.
Of course you have wonderful scraps. :)
But it's your designs that make them all sing so nicely together.

This looks like it was great fun to work on and I agree with everybody else, it's a great idea. I like the the 3 peas...representing your daughters perhaps?
I'm still trying to organize my crafting space. Little by little, but it's getting there.
Hope you have a happy weekend!

Ooooohhh, Charlotte, I adore this! (she said, bounding to her studio to see what bits and bits she had to make one for her very own self!)

Oh what heavenly bits of scraps to work with! I doubt I will find anything to compare but what a fun idea! Grace and I enjoy working on little projects like tags and bookmarks and cards. She is truly my artsy girl which makes me so happy!
Thank you for such a sweet idea!

Sue

Gosh, you made this from scraps?! It's gorgeous. I'm not sure I've got the patience to do that.

This piece is gorgeous! You've inspired me to take out my little bitty scraps of everything and add to it as a summer project.
Isn't the change in temps grand this Sunday morning??
