I have always wanted to learn how to make a basket like that! I can't wait!

I am looking forward to taking one or both of your classes this year {fingers crossed at registration tomorrow}..and yes, I too love Omaha in November!

Candace

Oh Charlotte, I would so love to take a class. But.... mmmm. Omaha? "It's a long way to Tipperary" too, but I hope to see you in classes before going quite THAT far.

Thanks for the heads up!
Love that Nana's Basket.

I love the Nana's basket.
My mother had something similar in the 60's which she called her Bridie Box. Her best friend Bridget gave it to her as a wedding present, and she kept her sewing threads in it.
Sadly I don't know what happened to it.
So lovely!
...and I would love to come too...but it's a long way from Australia:(

Charlotte,
I'm so excited that I'm signed up at Silver Bella to take your basket class! Now, we just have to wait for November!

Charlotte...is this from your Mothers and Daughters book that you did? Those two craft books you created are just the best...that upside down doll you created!!! I did my first paperweight because of your book....it has a picture of Winnie the Pooh and piglet walking and talking with little buttons and charms. I have yet to acquire those two books...thank goodness for inter-library loans!!! blessings, deb

Love the chateleine project, I so want one of those!
But Omaha is too far to go... guess I'll just sit here and look at yours until inspiration strikes.
