So gorgeous! And such a generous gift! Giving with warm hands, what a wonderful treasure.

Linda Thiltgen

Beautiful, thoughtful, touching, wonderful! Just what this community of artists and women is all about!

Troy Louise

What a lovely gift! I am sure you will put them to loving use.

Barbara knew just who would treasure the collection.

Molly Quigley Hughes

As do not disappoint. I see a C and L in those initials too! Thanks.

Lucky girl! Those are gorgeous pieces! karen...

What a beautiful story. There is something so tender about using items that were loved by another. I know when I use things from my grandmothers they are watching over with smiles. Barbara truly honored Harriet by finding such a loving home for her treasures. Thank you for sharing the story.

thanks, that was the part that really got me....all the thought and trouble Barbara went to - to do right by Harriets wishes and pay it forward. I am so moved by that! So flattered that she thought of me.

What a wonderful gift

What a lovely story. I am amazed by the kindness of people in this world.

So wonderful and sweet. I have so many pieces of my mom's fabrics, laces, and such. I plan on making a quilt of love inspired by her. I lost her just a couple of months ago and preparing the pieces and just planning what I want to do has given me comfort. I know you'll love each piece from Harriet and Barbara too. It shows in all your work!
